A pretty standard and dull spy movie which made me long for Pierce Brosnan and his James Bond days.  Everything is subpar, from the action sequences to the dialogue to the plot.  Brosnan’s character’s actions don’t even make sense half of the time and it’s just downright boring at times.

Recommend? Just watch Goldeneye.
