I cannot explain why I like these Purge movies so much.  The first I thought was original but came apart at the end and this one is more of an action film than a horror piece and I gotta say that while there are parts I just rolled my eyes at, overall I like this one.  I always love to see Frank Grillo on the screen so already I’m in but just the conceit of the film I really get into.  A solid action movie which makes you squirm at times and yeah, I liked it.

Recommend? It all depends on whether you like The Purge series, like the first one?  Then you’ll more than likely get into this too.
